Returning your product

Due to the perishable nature of our product it hardly ever makes sense to return the product.

Usually we just ask for a photo showing the condition of the product and then we will give you a refund.

Sending back a plant or tuber that we can throw away once it' arrived is just a waist of energy, we therefore try to do our best to prevent this from happening.

So whenever you feel the need to return the product, first contact our customer service, they will advise you what you should do considering the circumstances. Even without returning we will solve this to your satisfaction!
